There was food all around me. Where I sit, the conference room faces me, where all the food for the customer appreciation was. It stared at me all day. I helped with the setup. It was complete torture is all I can say.

So here I am again, starting over again. And I'm okay with that. I've begun and fallen off and begun again so many times...I probably have more "day 1s" than all of my other consecutive days added together. But here's the thing...I always start again, so that should mean something, right?
I began incorporating more raw foods into my diet last spring, when I first started considering it as a serious lifestyle. I have been vegan for a few years, and vegetarian for much longer than that.
