100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for recipes that are comprised mainly of different "greens", without extra nuts and seeds. Would really love to make my whole menu "greener". Any ideas? I'm looking for something other than green shakes and smoothies, which I'm already making on a daily basis.
Thank you!

I made zuchinni hummus today and I made sure that I had some romaine to dip in it as well (spinach with guac is good too!!).

Using larger lettuces like romaine can also serve a great base for a "taco" or "sandwich"!

Is your hummus "nut free"? (i.e- did you not put tahini in it?) If so, I would love to get the recipe because I'm a hummus addict

No, afraid not! Although I added very little tahini and could still taste it (I've never tasted the added tahini in chickpea hummus) so I think that I might try it again without the tahini!

Maeve, a great book for non-tahini hummus is Ani's Raw Food Kitchen by Ani Phyo. She has one for sundreid tomato hummus (no tahini, just tomatoes,) and one for black olicve hummus, again no tahini. So def. check it out.

Sorry, posted in the wrong thread!

I recommend placing things you make on a bed of greens. Make a pate? Eat it with lettuce. Make a raw burger? Have some spinach on the same plate.
