goal: start my day with green smoothie
goal: exercise at least 20 minutes a day
goal: eat at least 75% raw each day
goal: at least 10 minutes of focused breathing exercises daily
safe food: green smoothies, watermelon, avocado, dates, almond milk
Goals:
~ Move 30 min. a day for the 1st 25 days, 40 min. 2nd 25 days, 50 min day 3rd 25 days, & 1 hour a day last 25 days. (Then maintain that forever!)
~ Try 3 new raw recipes a week, & make my own (RAW!) salad dressings
~Weigh in on Tuesdays ("Biggest Loser" days! The theme is "Family" this season, starts Sept!)
~ Get out in daylight MINIMUM 1/2 hour a day EVERY day!
Safe foods: Celery with nut butter, fudge in freezer at all times! (one piece limit!), grapefruit!
