100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Hey all..Well I don't know how many of you are following what's going on in the GULF, but there is a big bad ass dude headed our way and I'm just a little scared for us sitting here on the coast. We are under a voluntary evacuation as of tonight but it could move to a mandatory as soon as Sunday. I will try to keep everyone posted as long as I can about the events taking place, but not sure how long it will be till we lose electricity and so on. Please Please pray for us in The Southern Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas regions...I am praying we are spared the trauma we suffered exactly 3 years ago today...Have a great meet up this weekend and I will update as soon as I can....

Gheez! Sending big buckets of positive energy that direction . . in fact it is radiating out of me in every direction, because there are so many in need of it!

Miss you in a big way girlfriend. Be safe. And like the others have said, please keep us posted. Take Bunny's number so if you can't get online you can at least let her know you're okay. Okay?

Thanks for the update Jana. Please keep us posted. Sending good thoughts your way. Please heed the evacuation orders and find a safe place to ride out the storm. I used to live on a barrier island off the coast of North Carolina so I'm all too familiar with the whole hurricane routine. My daughter and son-in-law are in Leesville, LA but that doesn't keep me from worrying any less. Take care. Be safe and let us all know how you're all doing as soon as you can.

Thank You all....As of right now..I'm prepping..I'm getting things in order and I'm sure everyone else in the area are too..The traffic out of the city is at a slow speed..But the contraflow opens tomorrow morning at 6 am, so I will make our decision in the am on where we are heading.. We have a pop up camper and 8 - 10 people can fit. It's gonna be a struggle getting my Parents to leave but I will pull, beg, freak, scream and basically go ballistic to get them out of here. Thank you for you prayers, I can feel them all down here. I have to stay as positive as possible and all the positivity we can get, the better it will be for all of us.

Jana....
