100 Day Raw Food Challenge

(Posted this a minute ago in the 100% group, then realized there's been little activity there, so thought I'd ask here...)

I mean, I'm not having any meals or anything else that's not raw that's even a mouthful, (aside from around day 10) but I have used non-raw dressing on occasion, (still can only handle certain salads w/out, & sometimes have run out of what I need to make dressings...try to only use organic/no chemicals, though, cuz they ALL give me a headache now!) & have used a teeny bit of soya sauce once...

...& I ain't sure about some of the nuts (they aren't roasted, but may be pasteurized...?) (& I don't know about my macadamia nut butter, I think it's raw, doesn't taste roasted, but the jar doesn't say & I have yet to call the company...)

...so is it wrong to call myself a 100% raw foodist when I ain't perfectly 100% precisely raw???

Should I join the high raw group/mindset instead? But I know in the past that's been a slippery slope for me, & in fact I'm getting curiouser & curiouser about the 80/10/10 thing...

...so what's an almost 100% raw foodist to call herself???

I'm really enjoying this thread -- thanks to all for posting! I've never found a good label for me either with eating because I'm all raw sometimes, high raw others, (just plain stupid occasionally :))

I have found it to work for me to call my plan ALL RAW when I know there might be a few things here and there, because if I call it HIGH RAW I'll end up letting more cooked foods in than I really want to (and know give me the best of health). So it's kind of a mind game I have to play with myself so I don't feel like I've failed on all raw, and I'm happy with a few cooked foods here and there. It's kind of the 100% according to me plan :). -- Renee
