The Circles of Raw Fu are the circles of your lifestyle change. Changing your lifestyle to a raw food diet isn't just about what you are eating or not eating. It is an important life shift that runs through every aspect of who you are, and will effect and touch every part of your being.
During this challenge, I am going to try to share with you the vision boards that I create around the Circles of Raw Fu. Here is my vision board for the first circle- Body...
I encourage you to visualize what you want out of this challenge. What do you want out of the next 100 days? What do you want out of the next year? What do you want in your life? See it, and keep it close to you. Look at it often, and remind yourself why you are here.
The Italian artist, Michaelangelo, said "I saw the angel in the marble and I carved until I set him free."
Set yourself free. Love yourself.

This IS coooool stuff! My body is going thru changes right now with detox. Sometimes it really hurts! But for the first time I am tracking my rawFu diet....I've never done raw in winter so this really helps. Yesterday my kidz and I created a new homeschool schedule that benefits their needs and compliments my need to really stay on track with my raw food preparation and consumption, as well as following my herbal cleanse protocol for the next 100 (94) days. This is exciting for all of us, as the kidz are going to do yoga with me as well as a long walk 5 days a week. It is all posted on the schedule hanging on the wall so we are keeping everyone accountable. This initial detox that includes ridding my body of casein deposits is gonna make me look kinda horrid for the next several days, yet I am at peace bc I have familial support, RawFu support and faith that I am on the right track. Interesting that Bunny put butterfly wings on herself bc I am visualizing myself in a cocoon this winter metamorphosizing into a butterfly ready to emerge in the spring when the current challenge is complete. What a motivator!

I love the visualization idea. Here are my goals:
health - more sleep, start meditation
spirit - read uplifting books, walk in the woods
wealth - figure out how to get additional income or spend less
body - continue my regular running and ellipticals
family - find friends that help to create a sense of family
love - this year could be my lucky year to find the man of my dreams. but never lose sight of the woman of my dreams, ME! treat myself with absolute love and care.
