Raw Fu

100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Bunny Berry

ANDRE'S REVENGE DAY 6- BODY Mine is Perfect, Thank You.

The Circles of Raw Fu are the circles of your lifestyle change. Changing your lifestyle to a raw food diet isn't just about what you are eating or not eating. It is an important life shift that runs through every aspect of who you are, and will effect and touch every part of your being.

During this challenge, I am going to try to share with you the vision boards that I create around the Circles of Raw Fu. Here is my vision board for the first circle- Body...

I encourage you to visualize what you want out of this challenge. What do you want out of the next 100 days? What do you want out of the next year? What do you want in your life? See it, and keep it close to you. Look at it often, and remind yourself why you are here.

The Italian artist, Michaelangelo, said "I saw the angel in the marble and I carved until I set him free."

Set yourself free. Love yourself.

HOW IS YOUR DAY 6 GOING?

Yesterday, my friend of 2 years reflected on how much I have CHANGED since he's known me. He said I used to be quiet, low energy, blase, uncaring. I've transformed into an energetic, funny, charismatic, outgoing gal! Raw food plus... motivation?

Thank you Bunny for all you do. I'm so thankful I found this site. You so deserve all the good that comes your way because of all the good you have inspired people to do for themselves and for others. Your body vision board is great and I'll be getting creative and making one of my own.

I love this ... and I'm interested in collaging or vision-boarding the categories as well.

I'm peeking in today from a Starbucks, where I've found an internet connection. I forget that life happens at a different pace here on the border (en la frontera) ... My cable internet hookup has been delayed twice. The summer hurricane (Dolly) took out phone and cable lines, and they want to trench in the new line, so scheduling has to be worked around a boring machine, and then installation techs come out afterwards. Mercury is retrograde, so the wrong tech comes to me, and then cannot do anything because there is no cable to my house.

sorry to vent ...
food has been pretty good. Taking long walks since my bestest friend in-the-world is here visiting from California.

Just picked up the package that should be the top for my auction-score Vitamix base.

Rambling because I feel disconnected here ... I'll try and keep checking in as I can.

peaas,
Rhonni

Thanks Bunny,

I love the circles and your vision board. One of the things that I appreciate most about you is your honesty, the realness of the struggles that you share with us. That is what is so inspiring about Raw Fu.

Today I ate a bag of salt & vinegar chips. Instead of beating myself up with guilt after wards, I started thinking about what is it that I am getting from eating these? Is it emotional? Physical? There must be some thing (other than the obvious taste) that I am getting from this because I keep doing it..... Your circles illustrates that exactly!

Well. Tomorrow is another day!

I'm still learning stuff, and making up a shopping list for our next city trip. I want to be well prepared, since it's a couple hours driving. But I did find I have some things to start off with. I had raw oatmeal this morning, and couldn't believe I actually enjoyed it. I've got nuts soaking and seeds sprouting!

And each time I find an answer to a question, it seems two more questions come to mind. I've been reading and watching clips all over the net, but am wondering if there's one definitive site or link for basic information. Also, a favorite cookbook? My dad gave me Juilano's giant, pretty book, but I'd like something more basic.

Bunny, that poster is GREAT.

That's what it's all about. A great message. So many people are waiting to get to that "perfect" size, before they can love themselves, but until they start from within there will be no success. I'm a plus-size model and size-acceptance activist. I'm starting a club at my college next semester, where every other week we are going to discuss the media and how it affects our ideals of what we are supposed to look like, etc. Can't wait.
