Funny about the cereal. That was my daily breakfast all my life. That was the first meal I got rid of and started the green smoothie. I had the hardest time giving up the SAD dinners.

Hi buddy,So nice to see you here.Its been some time.I totally agree with what you say.Healing,energy,fun recipes,smoothies,..its all good.And its so sasisfying.I am going to a relatives gathering and I am taking a coconut pie .If noone eats it I know I will. Keep up on you food making videos.They are always nice to see.
Rory, you truly are a crack-up and tell it like it is! I love the idea of coffee as a smoothie base and then it will eventually be squeezed out by more healthy foods that will be added in! That just shows how "real" you are and how being true to ourselves will reward us with positive results in the long run...woohoo!!!
I wish you'd start a raw food group. Are you still in the New Holland area??? Keep on truckin', you are looking great!

Well, I have to say this, you are a doll, Rory!
The best thing I've done is add green juice. When I am drinking a big green juice everyday I'm just not hungry and have to remind myself to eat. We've talked about that here, the consensus is that we're flooding the body with nutrition, saying "okay, I don't need all that stuff I used to eat."
The gurus say to rotate the greens for the best result, red kale one day, spinach the next, a different kind of kale the third day, etc.

Hey Dianne! I like the way you think. It’s all good stuff! That’s how I feel, if I have someone turn down a raw food I made… I look at the positive side …more for me! :0) I had someone turn down chocolate covered cinnamon pecan rolls because they thought raw food was a lil’ weird! Thanks so much RawMama! The coffee trick really helped me ease away from all the stimulants that were in my diet at the time! I figured that since I had cut out all the refined sugars and sodas, then leaving some coffee in to allow my natural energy to catch up instead of just comin’ down hard from all that stuff wouldn’t be so bad! And it just got phased out naturally! Awesome to hear you’re diggin’ my philosophy, I hope it might help others with their goals! Thanks again for all the great feedback! Warm wishes :0)

Thank you Cece!! :0D Totally agreed on the greens! I replace at least a meal or two at a time with green smoothies and I don't feel hungry at all in between! Rotation rocks too, helps prevent getting too much of each greens' alkaloids built up in your system and gives a broad range of nutrients! Rawk on! :0)
