Lowanna is on The RawFu Tube today, and she's talking to us about pushing boundaries, and getting outside of the comfort zone. Tell us what you're doing to push your personal boundaries. No matter how trivial, or how HUGE, we want to hear about how you're pushin' it!

Lowanna is so sweet. She broke her video camera, and revived an old one she found from the dead in order to bring you this message today. I'm getting a new webcam out to her STAT! :)

My trip to Asheville to do a photoshoot with Philip McCluskey of http://www.lovingraw.com was inspiring, and refreshing. If you have other raw food enthusiasts near you, heed my advice, and get together with them. You'll come away with a new perspective every time.

I feel like right now, my whole life is about pushing through boundaries and making big changes. I will say, in the 6 years that I've been on my raw journey (had my anniversary on the 12th!), the changes have come so fast and so furious, just a continuous stream of changes, and I think it has a lot to do with cleaning out the clutter from our bodies and raising our vibrations so that our lives resonate at a higher level, which allows for more change. And it's less scary. I really seem to have no fear of the future anymore. And that's pretty cool, especially at this point in time.

Ahhh Love you Lou! She worked so hard getting this out for you all. She drove 3hrs to Perth yesterday for work and then got home at 8pm, walked in and said I've got something to DO! I have an idea so she started to try to get that old web cam working...A class for effort my love. Will get her up and in better quality again

Hi Lowanna! It is great to see you doing a vid again even if it is not your usual stellar camera quality. Yes, it was quiet, but I could still hear you.

I am with you on the breaking the mold path. I may not be speaking in front of crowds, but I am feeling like I am emerging from a cocoon. This is in large part due to my skin clearing for the first time in years and not feeling self conscious about being seen, but it goes deeper than that in that I am feeling like the layers that are peeling away are revealing the me that I want to project to the world from the inside out. I want to share this vibrance.

dessert, that is great news about your skin. Having had "the rash" on my legs for over a decade, I can understand. I still haven't worn a pair of shorts or a skirt in almost 12 years!
