Biggest Loser Raw Style

So I'm sitting here watching the premier of the Biggest Loser and I'm super choked up. I am not at the size where I would be picked for the show but I know if I don't do anything I easily could be. I was a normal sized kid and then at 10 and hit puberty I've always been at least a little chunky and it has slowly crept up over the past 12 years. I am sick and tired of it. I have the rest of my life ahead of me. I wanna do a biggest loser type challenge raw style. Who's with me? Biggest Loser Raw Style!

Now if only I could have Jillian come kick my ass! Guess I'll have to be my own Jillian.

I love that show. I always shout at them when they eat crap. I wish there was a Biggest Loser Raw Show...I guess that would be simply raw. Maybe we Raw Fu'ers can do one! I'll root everyone on!

Im addicted to the biggest loser. I can't believe what they did this season.. sending 9 people home!! Wow, that really has to bite. :( I want to be on Bob's team. ^_^

I haven't seen the show (gasp - I know), but my sis-in-law got the workout DVD(s?), then she had my sister try it & she bought her own copy.

My favorite show !! It always makes me feel horrible for sitting around on my butt!! I also watched some show on Lifetime where 5 friends all big girls the biggest close to 300lbs got together to lose the weight . They gave them a trainer (he is HOT) and put them on a diet and gave them a councilor for their feelings. They lost weight but a couple of them were really whinney!! and one was a personal trainer too. Something like DivaDiet ??? Pretty fun to be able to have all your freinds right there with you in the midst of making a huge lifestyle change :) LUCKY THEM!!

We don't get the show over here, but it's popular enough that we hear about it on random Oprah shows and Dr. Phil and such. We get clips of it from other shows basically :o. But it looks like something that is really inspiring. Its definatly a positive show.

Oh, I think a biggest loser RAW would be a big hit. I saw a video clip on YouTube about a group of people who went raw vegan for 30 days and their diabetes was reversed. I think it was a Dr. Cousens who oversaw them. Wowed me to da bone, it did!

I just saw episode 1 of Ruby, and cried. I don't usually cry at TV shows. Has anyone else seen Ruby?

I was talking to my mom about it last night. It is generally impossible to pull big numbers like they do without exercising insane amounts like they do. Most peoples schedules don't allow them to exercise more than 2 hours/ day and that's a lot still. I'd guess they are in the gym and doing physical stuff at least 6hrs/day. Which is a big factor in why the weight loss lessens so dramatically when they return home. But hey, there has been many of them who have been able to keep it off.
