Today I am letting LifeRegenerator bring a great message to the RawFu audience. Dan is a new RawFu Member, and I can't tell you how happy I am to have him on board. It's so much easier to spread this message with passionate and real people on board like Dan.
Today Dan is talking about weight loss. And sometimes it takes a radical approach to get started. You have to make that decision for yourself. You have to take it at YOUR speed.
You know all that fat around your belly? It's full of toxins. It's the body's natural way of keeping it away from you. You're bloated, baby. And this is the message that I love that Dan is getting out there today. Eat natural and live foods, and the toxins will release from your body. Your fat cells will shrink. You'll lose weight, feel great, and be happier.
I wanted to introduce you to Dan. Say Howdy to Dan, and show him some RawFu LOVE! Welcome to RawFu LifeRegenerator. Thank you for planting the seeds in our heart. Let's bust those belly toxins, my darlings!
Eat salads, drink smoothies, drink juices, eat living food! YES! You don't have to go 100% raw, but you've got to start somewhere. Eat something raw today. Get off the chemicals!
so amazing, I literally just finished writing a blog post praising dan! And then in my inbox comes this update about him on Rawfu, by you, Bunny!

i lovvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeee dan!!!! been watching him on youtube since his debut and he's loving and real and amazing. thank you so much, bunny, for showcasing him here.
Yay! I loved his idea of integrity foods. I have been trying to think of food in a similar way, but I like his concept better. I try to picture excitotoxins and chemicals sprinkled on foods that I crave sometimes, and that helps me not choose them.
I was talking with friends recently about how popular drugs are with a lot of people we know, and I asked why you'd want to put so many different chemicals in your body all the time---and then I realized I do the same thing just legally, whenever I eat some popcorn, chips, ichiban noodles, and what-not. It seems a bit over-the-top to say, "I don't eat Pringles because they're full of drugs and chemicals" but is it really that far off?
I love Dan's enthusiasm. I look forward to seeing more videos!
