100 Day Raw Food Challenge


It's Thursday and Penni is in the house, but with a special guest appearance. Two topics of discussion fuel tonight's flame and they both have to do with the head (mentally and physically).

Thank you Taylor for sharing your story. There is lots of good advice regarding diet, supplements particularly fish oils, omega 3's.... One thing I wanted to comment on is the valerian root. You have to be careful with valerian root, generally it is not taken long term, you have to take breaks from it. Example 3 weeks on 3 weeks off, because of toxicity to the liver.
