I GOT MINE!!!!! The entire family made some raw nana ice-cream sat around and thumbed through it! The kids were happy to see that you do the muffin tray too! We do this for the kids and keep it low so that they can get to it.

Thank you much for this. It helps me out right now. I have been plateaued at 295 for so long now I can't remember. I had lost a lost of weight and then I gained 8 pounds and haven't lost or gained any yet. Its agrivating. But thank you once again. :)

It's so true - these things take time! Interesting information from Dr. Google. ;) I'd also like to add that 4 or 5 years may still not be enough time to be completely well, depending on the severity &/or number of illnesses a person has. The important thing to realize is that just because eating healthy doesn't cure you in a few months or a few years, it doesn't mean you should go back to eating junk. ;) I have to look at my progress and where I might be if I hadn't started this journey (almost four years ago). That makes it a lifestyle, and I have no desire to eat the cookies my brother likes to stick in front of my face to ease me! :D

Hi bunny, thanks for the reminder that it takes time for the body to heal. I went into raw for more energy, weight-loss, and discovered skin afflictions subsiding, too. I had this perpetual rash on the back of my left arm since forever and now it is almost gone. It just takes one small success to feel renewed and to be full of vigor for more raw. There were moments when I wondered, " Why the heck am I doing this? I want a slice of pizza!" I just need a kick in the butt to remember I want to feel and look good for the rest of my life. Have a lovely week ahead!

got the magazine in the mail today. spike and i curled up to read it cover-to-cover. beckett is just the cutest :>)
am easing back into the groove. gosh, it took so long to warm up!

my snack treat -- open a medjool date, remove the pit. sprinkle in a few cocoa nibs and an almond. squish the date back together to encase the filling. yummy and portable!
