I love this positive, accepting approach to raw foods. More of the good stuff, less of the bad stuff. You GO Bunny!!! You are inspiring. Thanks. :)

bunny -- you are so right about being consistent -- this is my 3rd 100 day challenge with you -- and i have noticed a "change" in my palate -- when i first went raw i relied heavily on dried fruits and nuts and seeds -- now i hardly eat them at all and still feel satisfied -- at one point i thought i was going to "break the bank" i was eating so many nuts -- but the longer you stay high raw and more your body adjusts -- i also don't have to have a full fridge where i was throwing tons away since i didn't get to it -- i don't panic anymore if i am down to 3 bananas -- with this new switch in my brain that i am NOT going to starve -- my pocketbook is a whole lot healthier and happier -- i still am working on not throwing things away cuz i forgot about them -- but it is getting better :)

i do know i need to incorporate more greens into my diet -- but i also find i switch between days of mostly fruit to days of mostly veg -- but i am feeling good and eating mostly raw -- although i have been on a processed corn chip phase -- a little bag each day -- so this weekend i am going to stoke up the dehydrator and make me a huge batch of rubyvrooms corn chips :) -- i am on a salsa and guac rampage lately :) -- along with tons of veg and raw ranch --

the lettuce and spinach are planted in the garden plus a bunch of other things and hopefully we can get back into the garden on saturday and finish the other half of the planting -- pray to the rain gods that the rain holds off until next week -- we have already had 2 inches of rain since we planted the first half last thursday --

thanks for all the positive energy -- and cyber hugs that we're all doing it right being consistent and adding more good and not eating as much bad

hugs T

PS -- you are looking more slender and gorgeous every time you get in front of the camera :D

I am trying to ease into this raw life style, but my easing in time is becoming ridiculous! Can you believe it? Over a year of wanting to "go raw," and I still have not! I have watched your videos, Bunny, for over a year, now. I've done tons of research, bought a couple of books, made some good raw dishes (and some not so good ones), and even got others to go raw. Sigh.... But here I sit, fat as ever.... Cooked as ever.... Wonder if there are other faithful raw wannabees out there? I still believe I can do it. But will I? ...Ever...before I have a stroke or something! ((shudder)) (Sorry to sound so down :( ..... just needing to sound off, and hoping for some sort of a miraculous kick start!)

YES! the way to do it right:
+ add more good stuff
don't even worry about the bad stuff.
just +add more good stuff
and naturally the other foods just wont be attractive anymore!
so often people get stuck in the philosophy of food combining, 80-10-10, etc etc.
the fact comes down to:
if you feel better you are doing the right thing
if you have more energy to live your life with more passion and realize your dreams and actualize your potential...
you are doing the right thing!!!!
great post bunny!!!

I feel your pain... I was 191 and full of arthritis pain when I discovered AgelessXtra from Univera... I was one of the lucky ones who immediately got good healthy natural energy and for the first time in my life my body wanted to lose weight... Matt and Tamlyn (who shared Univera with Me) are raw food enthusiast and got me going to Whole Foods for some juicing and raw food classes... now I have been 90-100 raw for about 10 days and am down to 170.8 which is about 6 pounds down since I started... I am having a horrible time trying o figure out what to eat... I am off meat, milk and wheat trying to find my "food trigger" that is allowing my arthritis to happen... It is amazing the difference it has already made in my pain and how my body feels... I am so impatient as I want the aches and pains to go away the first day I juice and raw food... I found an old juicing book and am attempting to follow a juice formula that is supposed to prevent arthritis... a pint of fresh juiced grapefruit in the morning... then a pint of 10 oz of carrot and 6 oz of spinach.... a pint of celery (god can someone tell me how to make it taste better and juice easier??) A pint of 10 oz carrot 3 oz beet 3 oz cucumber... a pint 9 carrot and 7 celery... I have made it to the 3rd and 4th pints but never to the 5rh pint but I am already feeling amazing.... Corn chips and corn tortilla chips and salsa and avocados have been my salvation plus some nut and rice crackers... see I am a carb freak!! Help... Lots of green salads... with walnuts and seeds and I just bought some goat cheese crumbles... to add... oh and eggs... I guess that is cheating in the raw foods but is allowed in my no wheat no milk no meat... I wish I had a juicing buddy or someone to chat with and am so tired of research and reading stuff... Where is the Raw Food God???? Anyone have a suggestion of where to find "No Meat No Milk No wheat" recipes??? I can't wait to weigh tomorrow... I had gotten where I never weighed anymore and it is so exciting to do it with eager anticipation *smiles* Annie in Tulsa

Hi Bunny,
I love your shirt, it looks great with your earrings and hair up like that! :)

Wow, you had soooo many good points in your video tonight that I emailed all of my friends and told them to watch it! I loved that you said: “My Mom makes me something delicious for Mother’s Day and I eat that, then the next bite of food I put in my mouth is my lifestyle.” I love that... and also loved: "Where you were when you started this challenge will dictate what doing it right means for you. If you are just starting to add more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff, you are doing it right."

You seriously are reaching so many people with your message tonight, you sure tugged on my heart strings :)

Question, what is the last sentence you said? It was something like, "You subscription number will be in there and remember 'in the magic pebbles'???....... something about magic petals?? or magic _____"? LOL! I know I'm not hearing it right...

That's like saying kleenex or jello instead of tissues or gelatin. WE all know what you meant! BlendTek!!!! oh boy oh boy. You look terrific and your message was right on time for a friend of mine. Love you Bun Bun!

Thanks Bunny for keeping it simple! It can get very discouraging and expensive by making raw food more complicated than necessary. I bought 2 raw food cookbooks and it was next to impossible to make the recipes without an excalibur dehydrator, vitamax and food processor. I don't have any of those things, nor can I afford to buy them. You have made me think a little more about keeping it simple! Thanks!

You look ridiculously beautiful.

Just sayin'.
