I was told by a friend about going to one. I am having a lot of issues right now with many different things but I think I am getting blood work done and save some money. This sounds kind of like palm reading. Hmmm....not sure about this one. If they can pin point something that would be quite amazing though.

Penni, I would like to make an appointment for a reading, please!

Thank you so much, Penni. I bought the book for 14.72 (includes shipping) on Amazon after your recommendation. There are plenty of other used copies on Amazon for anyone else who would like to purchase the book.

This is your left eye? According to my limited (ahem, 5 minutes with Dr. Google) experience as an Iridologist, this is what your left eye is telling me.

- You may want to consider testing for hypothyroidism. I can see slow activity in your thyroid which could cause slow weight loss and lowered metabolism.

- I see significant activity in your sinuses.

- I see activity in your aorta. The aorta carries and distributes oxygen rich blood to all arteries. I recommend getting more cardiovascular exercise to increase oxygen levels and adding more leafy greens and oxygen rich foods into your diet. Also, don't forget to BREATHE!

- Do you suffer from a nervous feeling in the pit of your stomach? I see activity in your solar plexus, which because of it's location could also be contributing to the activity in the aorta. Do what you can to decrease the stress in your life, and practice meditation, yoga, prayer, or whatever you enjoy to bring your focus back to center, and to relieve the jitters in your tummy.

- I see activity in the 90 degree angle that appears between the beginning of the colon. When you are doing enema treatments, be sure to massage this area of your colon. It will be on your left lower left side if you are lying down. Also, make sure you are using probiotics. The flora may be out of balance in this area.

- Pelvic Pain? Inflammation in your Peritoneum? I see activity that your lymph system needs a boost or an unclogging. Stay on that rebounder, and no dairy for you, my dear.

How am I doing here? :)

I got a better pic of my iris. Does it say I'm crazy? Notice the irritated blood vessels--they are cutting the grass right now and my eyes are pretty itchy.

Aww beautiful Sunny and warm Penni! Yay What a blessing to start the day with you here in comparision to this wintery, cold Australia. I love iridology and have also seen one in the past too plus even know one as well come to think of it, though I haven't yet got her to have a look to deeply into my eyes for fear of what I DONT know LOL but I echo that its NO witch Doctor with snake oil stuff at all. Oh now I think about it I even have this little iridology reading chart, purse size which Ive had for years, cos you never know..LOL .as its something you just might be drawn to do when your down shopping at the mall or out and about LOL
How multi-talented you are Penni, thanks for the warm feelings you evoke on this chilly day. Much love to you xxx Thanks for your video aways just a joy to see your beautiful spirit

The markings we find in the eyes in Iridology, aren't so much indicators of actual problems, more like finding the weaknesses. For example, in the case of thyroid issues - not so much saying you have or will have thyroid issues, but more that compared to someone who doesn't have markings over the thyroid in their eyes, if you are both exposed to fluoridated water and high amounts of cruciferous veggies and kale, you're more likely to have thyroid suppression than the other. It will also show where our bodies will tend to show it if we were to stress our bodies with an unhealthy diet and like, binge drinking. So for example with my weak digestive system, I treat my body badly in high school and get an ulcer. Someone else might end up with horrible dry skin. Someone else may end up with chronic lung problems such as asthma.

Like Penni said, if an iridologist looks in your eyes and tells you that you for sure most definitely have something like cancer, turn around and walk away.

Awesome subject! I had an iridology reading that was so accurate that it was scary (the iridologist is also a medical intuitive, so I don't know what shows up in my eyes vs. what she felt instinctively). She told me that something horrible and emotionally devastating happened to me when I was 40. She was only 6 months off; I was actually 39 1/2 when my husband committed suicide.

Love and Light,
Miz

I did a really broad reading of my iris, and it's kind of amazing how two bands of my eye were so clearly marked, and they correspond to the breast. I have a raging yeast infection around both breasts right now. My chart also pointed to the exact spot in my back where my herniated disc is, and pinpointed my ovaries (hello, PCOS!)

Very very interesting stuff.

It's not like palm reading where you have one set of lines that are formed and you keep forever. The iris is always changing.
