100 Day Raw Food Challenge
Day 70-ISH- PHILIP MCCLUSKEY ON LABELS
I really needed hear this message today. Sometimes I feel like I live so far outside of the raw food box that I shouldn't really even be a member of the club. When I go to festivals like RawUnion and Raw Spirit Festival, I have to admit that I feel out of place. And it's certainly because of a common societal label...FAT.
We have to love each other, no matter what. And love yourself ever more!
Philip really hits chords with me on this video. I am human. And our needs, wants, desires, and growths lead us in all different directions. Don't put yourself in a box. It's HOT IN THERE!

i am so glad to have watched this video. i have been struggling with the amount of rawness of haven't been able to attain this time around. i have been my worst critic and have been beating myself up about it. i am so glad to hear philip say he's been defining his needs as they occur. i really need to lighten up!

I applaud you for this message. Our journey is about life, not stifling ourselves into some sort of raw stupor. When the joy is removed, what's the point? I know, I 'm preachin' to the choir here.
