Day 9 - Survive 100 Days with Bunny- Dianne & The Colon

Okay, yeah, I'll admit it, I thought today was Day 10 because I cannot do math! So, I went ahead and announced the mini challenge contest winner, and answer a few questions that I've been getting about the colon.

Congratulations, Dianne! Please e-mail me your address: bunny@rawfu.com

You're talking coffee enemas, right Bun-bun? not drinking coffee? jus' checkin'...

Day NINE is my day 7 100%!!! I'm feeling better and better, I've been able to get out and get sun every day for the past 3 days, and I've upped my exercise program. I'm on an intentional path to do something that scares me every day!!! I don't know what tomorrow's will be, but today I rode my bike around the trail by myself for the first time, and Friday I'm going to JUMP OFF THE DIVING BOARD!!! eep! that water is cold!

Oooo, I would love to learn about both, but more about cleansing if you could! I have tried herbal cleansing, but am curious about trying blessedherbs and getting a colonic at the A.R.E. here. :)

I love today's video so much. In the words of the B-52's.....tell it like it E-i E-i IS! I could go off on a tangent about the importance of proper colon cleansing and health, as most of you people already know, but I refrain.

Since tomorrow is officially Day 10, and it's Ruby Thursday, I'm trying to decide whether to discuss more colon cleansing tips or whether to talk about what the raw foodist should REALLY know about proper dental hygiene. Why don't you all hit a sister up and tell me what you're most interested in hearing about.

Bunny....today, YOU are ON! You also look fabulous. I can tell you're dropping the LB's....with your coffee enema, juicing, sprout & talk therapy. No sign s of gluten puffiness!

Congratulations to Dianne! Let us know what you think of the book after reading it!:-)

One thing I love about this site is how the topic of bowel movements and such is acceptable. My family always talked about if we were having troubles "downstairs"; my boyfriend apparently didn't grow up this way and I felt bad having to pour out my constipation/movement stories to him, since it bewildered him so. So relieved to be able to learn more and discuss this taboo topic here!

Great video, I've been away for a few days but just got up on all of the videos I missed they are all great! So Bunny, did you count the spirulina on the Green Meter!!!

Congrats to Dianne!!

My day 10 and the other days have been really great. I've been raw, drinking more juice and feeling really good. While I was in NYC I did well, had one meal of cooked veggies but no bread or dessert.

Ms. Penni more on colon is good too....

I'm confused--if coffee is not good to drink, and raw foodists eschew it, how can it be good to introduce it into your colon?

I'm not trying to be a smart aleck or anything, I just don't understand how coffee can be bad going down the throat but be great when it's introduced up the poop chute. I can understand that probiotics will help populate the colon with healthy flora, I can agree that pure water would have a rinsing effect, but a boiled, highly-caffeinated beverage made from roasted beans? Really?

Congrats Dianne!!

I just had my first ever colon hydrotherapy session this past saturday, I'm going again in about 10 days. I have to say, it was fantastic. I could have done a better job of being nice to my colon afterward by eating much much lighter than I did after my treatment. Lesson learned! My therapist said I had "phenomenal results" especially for a first timer. I did have some cramping but it would pass quickly. I felt like I had a basketball removed from my stomach afterward, I just felt lighter. Looking forward to my upcoming treatment after a couple of weeks of some enzymes, probiotic and additional supplementation my therapist recommended.

Congratulations Dianne! Woo Hoo!!

This is one of my all-time fave Bunny videos! I see a talk show in your future. I also see collar bones making an appearance in today's video. Looking good, BunBun!

I had my monthly Clean-Out-The-Poop-Shoot Day (ie. colonic) on Friday. Did a liver/gall bladder flush over the weekend. Feeling very sparkly clean today.

I know that regular enemas in between the monthly colonics would be beneficial. Working on the mind over matter aspect. Gonna bite the bullet one of these days and lay down the towel on the bathroom floor...

Oh my gosh I love that, "poop shoot"! I will have to remember that next time me and my 3 boys (ages 5-9) have our "how many funny ways can we describe bodily functions" contest:) I love being a Mommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you very much, Rubyvroom! As I said, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, or critical. I truly am curious and would just like to learn. And maybe others want to know more, too, but are afraid to ask. I appreciate your willingness to take the time and effort to inform the uninformed!
