Well I have done so well since July. I am definitly ready for this next 100 days! My plan is to be as high raw as I can. My last 100 day challenge I made a life change and became vegetarian. The last month I gave up cheese. I now feel primed for the next challenge to go raw. I plan to do at least 1 or 2 smoothies a day. Then I plan to try a new recipie (Raw) at least every other day this way my dinners will be an adventure.
Other than that I am waiting for my blood work to come back. I plan to hopefully have more energy this 100 days. I plan to take the responsibility to get to the gym and do something anything just get there. with that said i plan to pop in on the rebeccaj for at least a few sessions.
I plan to stop talking, thinking and acting on negative thoughts and actions. Thoughts before reaction and as Philip said come from a place of love.

Okay.

I'd LOVE to weigh in under 200. So I'll play that game with you, Bunny.

Use my rebounder every day (I am getting a new Reboundair - lifetime warrantee - I am SO excited!).

Bunny, you mean besides fresh juices and smooties for the water and herbal tea, right? ;-)

Remain at least 95% raw, if not more.

Drink more water! OR green juices, or both. Definitely more water.

Not cheating at all! In fact, I'm hoping the juice feasters will be celebrity raw fu guests during this challenge. I'm planning on weekend juice feasts during my upcoming 100 days! I can't wait.

I really need and want to work on forgiveness, releasing negativity, and emotional detox, through meditation and journaling and whatever else works. I want that to be my main goal, with #2 being to be active every day. I joined a 10K training program that's three days a week. Don't want to set a weight goal because something in me self-sabotages when my weight gets lower... 10 days ago i was wearing size 14 jeans and weighed 182, now my 16s are tight and I hid my scale! Time to stop focusing on numbers....instead, my goal is to maintain whatever weight loss i experience and work on what's behind that self-sabotage. Another important goal is I to find my way back to being satisfied on raw... I've certainly strayed from that path the last couple of weeks. I just feel so low-energy and isolated this time of year, and my ability to plan ahead and focus on food prep has gone straight out the window. I'm yearning toward 2009 and the return of the light like a daffodil bulb underground longs for warmth, sunshine, and spring rain.

I've been reading You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay, which shows me how far I am from loving and accepting myself. It's discouraging to realize how much work there is to do...but reading the book has really affected me. I feel that I've been addressing symptoms and not looking at causes. Time to dig deeper....

- i'd also like to commit to a juice feast, although maybe 30 days instead of 90.
- make more time for exercise
