I'm about to start a Green Smoothie Detox & have a few questiosn for anyone who's done one. How many batches do you generally make each day? And what are some of your favourite recipes?
In the beginning, you'll make more, and then start realizing that you need less about a week into it.
When I was doing smoothies until dinner, I wound up making one for lunch, one for breakfast, and if I needed a snack, I usually took a container of berries or grapes.
I'd say you'll probably be making two batches a day, and drinking 4 - 6 quarts.
Maybe a little more if you are going to smoothie for snacks.
