I hope this is OK to post - I have NO affiliation w/Raw Food World but I just couldn't believe the prices on this stuff as compared to what it goes for locally.
Huge honkin 54 oz jar of coconut oil for $15 - shown beside it is the dinky 16 oz jar I paid $12 for at the local health food store.
Giant 16 oz bottle of Hemp Oil + almost 2# of hemp protein powder - $10.95 for the set - at the local co-op they wanted $20 for 1# of hemp protein powder and a small 8oz bottle of hemp oil was going for almost $20.
Raw organic tahini for $7 - I've seen similar stuff for $15 locally. I shoulda got 2 jars...
1# Lucuma powder (this stuff is the bomb) for $11 and 1# Cacao for $14

So has anyone else found any awesome Raw Deals lately? Not like I really need to buy any more but this stuff can be so expensive it's almost worth it to take advantage of good sales...
I definitely find that it's worth shopping around when looking for various raw products because there are so many websites and, depending on where you live, local options for buying things and prices can vary dramatically...not to mention sale prices and shipping offers. It's hard to keep up and a lot of work to find the best deals!
RawFoodWorld definitely has good deals a lot of the time. Though I must admit that I am impressed by the speed with which NaturalZing sends out orders it's almost worth paying a few extra bucks sometimes just to get it faster.
I have been thinking about ordering from them...actually, it has been on my mind for about a week or more. I really want to take advantage of the current sales...PLUS I want to try some of the nut milk bags (for juices and sprouts the most) and I really want to get a spirilizer. I may just have to bite the bullet. :)
Hmmm...well just FYI, Strong and Raw just told me Nutiva coconut oil wasn't technically raw (processed under 118 degrees). Just so y'all know. I still like it though. I'm still working on finding a good deal on true raw almonds and not the pasteurized California ones...progress not perfection!
I will have to check out NaturalZing...I've heard of them before...
I've only bought from them when I've seen them at events. Didn't get those good deals, though :-) I do need lucuma powder, though. That's probably my favorite!
