I think I overdosed on carrot juice! HA

Ok, so a few days my skin was looking kind of yellow. Now, I have noticed the whites of my eyes are really yellow! I think it is kind of funny & I have never noticed them being yellow before...

Maybe it is all the carrot juice? I was drinking at least a quart (up to 2 quarts) a day for a few days in a row.

Anyway, I like my eyes nice and bright - not yellow! Any suggestions? More greens & water?

I had a friend in high school who practically lived off of carrots, it seemed like she was constantly eating them throughout the day and she definitely had an orangish glow going on. I never noticed it having an effect on her eyes but that could be what's going on with you. I think you're on to something with more water and more greens. But I'm a gorilla, no such thing as too many greens in my book!

The same thing happened to my friend :-) She stopped having carrot every day for this reason and because she realized that carrot has a lot of sugar and it wasn't good for her.

her eyes were yellow too? I just went to play dominoes with my group of friends & they were all joking on me because I am yellow! It was hilarious (laughter for 3 hours about anything & everything)!

Yes, her eyes turned yellow too and it gave us a lot to giggle about :-D
I've been nearing that level recently. One of my co-workers told me the other day that "you have a really nice glow, did you tan or something?" I ran to the nearest mirror to see my eyes. Not yellow, yet :DDD
