Ooh, it sounds like you've got a good one! Follow that basic recipe & change up the flavorings (leave out the maca at first to try the flavors without it). Some flavors I like are:
lemon (1 lemon - juice + zest)
chocolate (raw cacao powder to taste)
cookies & creme (raw cacao nibs)
chocolate-raspberry (raw cacao powder + 1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries)
Have fun! You can also use any of these as a pie filling - just pour into your favorite nut crust & freeze to set.
My partner and I came up with a recipe for some great ice cream that's really creamy as soon as you take it out of the freezer...
3-4 avocados
raw cacao to taste
raw honey to taste (if you're a began, if not use agave)
cacao nibs
vanilla
maca
pinch of cayenne
mix, freeze until cold, makes about a pint. Delicious raw chocolate ice cream without an ice cream maker!

i LOVE raw ice cream ... it's way better than the "real" thing ... i make a base of frozen bananas and a little bit of nut milk and then add whatever flavorings i want (usually chocolate!) ... it tastes great, is almost fat free, and there's no need for any sweetener
i use a regular blender and can get a pretty stiff soft serve consistency, and if i want it firmer, i just stick i in the freezer for an hour
i have a few really simple and easy ice cream recipes here: Raw on $10 a Day (or Less!)
