hi everyone. i went back to a SAD diet, i put back on 7 lbs in a matter of weeks. My Husband and i went to sav. ga over the weekend to be amateur ghost hunters and ate southern food. we did not go to paula deans, i saw the butter leaking from under the doors, but we did drink alot. LOL. but i turned 37 on Sun and realized how i need to change before it is too late. so im back on track .....
welcome back to the wagon dawn!!! there's always room for you here!
lol about the butter leaking under the doors. i don't think i could eat anything at her place - she's too good an advertisement for what she offers, if you know what i mean. ; )
happy happy birthday, you young little 37-year-old puppy! it's never, ever ever "too late." there is only today, only this moment. the last thing we need to burden ourselves with in our 30's is the idea that we're "running out of time." just live in this moment, for this day.
my guru says, "ask yourself what age you want to be when you die. and then ask yourself how you want to live your last 30 years of your life. begin now to live that way."
A belated happy Birthday to you Dawn. Good for you for getting back on the wagon. It is easy to fall off, a little harder to get back on.Eventually it is just gets easier to stay on for the ride.
I would probably be sick for a month if I ate at her restaurant lol. Did you find any ghosts?
Oh, I'm so with you!!! I'm starting now, not waiting for Friday. It's been hard this time around but I'm sure I have lots of 'bad' stuff to get out of my system. Happy Birthday to you!

as a matter of fact. we stayed at the marshall house. which is apparently the most haunted hotel in sav. it was used as a civil war hospital. as sson as we went to bed i got this errie feeling. so of course i couldnt sleep. i wouldnt even get out of bed to go to the bathroom and then around 4 i heard giggling in our rm . twice and then i heard people running up and down the hallwy. so i do think we had some that nite....and that is one of the things that most people hear there.>
i like savannah GA! how fun! I love to drink too. I drink wine many nights.. now that i'm raw, one or two glasses is plenty for an evening. it's nice - i don't need extra calories to get toasted! haha. southern food is very high in calories... ick. those poor waistlines down there - it's outrageous!
