100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Bunny Berry

November 10- Eight More Days! 10 More Days To the Holiday Challenge

WholeFu Challengers, it's time to step it up! Only 8 more days until this challenge is over, and the 2nd Annual Peas on Earth Holiday Challenge starts on November 20th!

I am excited to see how you all have done with your goals! Even if you haven't met all of them with GUSTO (ahem, pointing to self), it's such a great experience to set goals, look at them, and try to make goal setting part of the rest of you life!

You don't need to do anything to join the next Peas on Earth Challenge coming up on November 20th. As long as you are a member the RawFu Community: http://www.raw100.ning.com, you're in, and can just jump in and participate.

Break out those goals lists, challengers! You've got 8 MORE DAYS to MAKE IT COUNT! YOU CAN DO IT!

KEEP ON RUNNING,
The Energizer Bunny

Hope you are fully recovered soon Bunny, and after you do your talk at Cafe Gratitude will you be able to share your *secret* and points with us? Maybe a summary or a video of your talk there? Wish I could go to the Cafe; maybe some day!

I find that "cramming" for tests leaves me stressed out & I immediately forget everything I just "learned". So I'm going to just continue to learn right through the end of this challenge & forever, and let it stay with me. :)

I just counted, and I started my journey only 14 days ago, but doesn't feel like it's been that long. I switched from a SAD to a raw-til-dinner and sometimes raw all day vegan. I am noticing more energy throughout the day. My six year old looks forward to sharing "pickle smoothies". I can't wait for my first full challenge. Thanks Bunny.

This has been the best challenge for me so far. I've been with Bunny since the very first one. This is the first time that I've felt like I succeeded at what I wanted to accomplish even though I didn't write it down anywhere or set any goals. But, here is what I accomplished.

1. Stayed true to my body's needs and wants.
2. Embarked upon a 92 day juicefeast which today is day 59 and so far it has been highly successful.
3. Almost have reached my goal weight that I envisioned... 4 more pounds to go.
4. Have opened my heart up for the next romantic relationship to materialize.
5. Put steps in place to reach the next level of my business growth, working on taking the action and determining the reality and if this is all in my highest interest.
6. Realized what I need to do to take care of myself to prevent burn out and create the future I want. Which includes letting go of some responsibility and getting help where I need it.
7. Shifted my thought process back to global long term from short term, limited.
8. Been more active on the FU!

I finally watched the video. I've been drinking young coconut juice lately - wonderful for replenishing electrolytes AND getting rehydrated during/after an illness. The lady at the Asian Market told me it's good for lung stuff, too - or that's what I think she said - language barrier. Anyway, I hope you get lots of rest & feel well again soon!!!

I really hope your chest clears up as its a nasty illness..

Have fun now ;)..and relax and rest...

Bunny hope you feel better soon. I know how draining illness can be. Everything just seems to stop. Last winter was my bad year. I lost the whole month of February to the flu. It was horrible...and we don't get sick - usually. I think I was too sleep deprived from the new baby and this just set us up for all kinds of illness. In any case, we all take our vitamins 1st thing in the morning. My 3 year old thinks he's in charge of the vitamin routine. He pesters each of us until everyone has taken their vitamins and keeps pulling other bottles out to see if you want other supplements too. It is awesome, 'cause I need the reminder. I'm hoping this routine, as well as our great diet, will block all illnesses this year for us.

Bunny thank you for this experience. Looking back on my goals I'm pleased I've accomplished most of them and I'm still working on the rest. Not giving up at all. In fact, I think I'll make another goals list at the end of this challenge to see what I want to work on until the next challenge. Thank you, I would not have done this on my own.

Much love
