Today I am leaving for Northern California for my journey with Shea Lynn Baird and Stephen Barlow at Cafe Gratitude in Healdsburg, CA.

Shea and Stephen have graciously invited me into their home over the weekend, and I'm looking forward to sharing our time together and conversations with all of you. Shea and Stephen are both colon hydrotherapists, so I'm sure it's going to be a WONDERFULLY educational experience.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND! I've got my flip and my iPhone. So, I'll try to stay in touch!

How totally awesome! I wish I could meet up with you! I'll be working late in SF on Monday night, and the Mission Cafe Gratitude has an open mike night, too. I was SO hoping your post would say that's where you'd be! But Healdsburg is 90 min. north of SF, and I live an hour South, and that would be TOO late an evening for a mom who's got to get kids to school by 7 the next morning.

Have a wonderful time with Shea. I love her! Please tell her Trisha the death midwife says hi! And I hope you love your BA weekend!

Again have a good time and ask Shea about her opinion on coffee enemas and how often enemas over colon hydotherepy should be(or would be.)recommended! Ok Bunny...Hope you get this before you leave.

Second: please try the German Chocolate cake at cafe Gratitude for me! I've never had it but want it, and having you vicariously eat it for me will have to do:-) Or at least take some pictures of goodies!
