Raw Fu

100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Now, we all know how much RawFu loves and adores RawDawg Rory, but the love has stepped it up a notch as Rory is helping his extended family go raw by cooking for them, and showing them how to make incredible raw dishes.

This might be a really good idea as a holiday gift that you could give to a family member or a co-worker, and help to make a huge difference in their lives. And it might help keep YOU on track.

I have been in the kitchen today reorganizing to make my kitchen more raw friendly. I will have a photo retrospective tomorrow of how the project is going. So far, I've been to Lowe's twice and bought the wrong size cabinets not once, but twice. Um, yeah, I passed String Theory but failed Shop.

See you tomorrow, and I hope this video is as inspiring to you as it is to me! Thank you, Rory. You're incredible.

You're gonna give me a big head mom!! I am so proud of you! Taking on this raw food challenge is such and awesome adventure to be undertaking and I'm so geeked up about all the great stuff you've been whipping up for yourself during the transition! Love ya :0)

Thanks so much everyone! I'm so geeked up to be helping my Mom out with her raw food challenge! She is excited and motivated about it and that makes it a lot of fun! :0)

Thanks Jenni! Awesome to hear you're diggin' the recipes! The zucchini hummus isn't actually in my book...definetely in the next one though! I just recently perfected my zucchini hummus and it's a big hit around the house! Lemme know how your husband likes the onion dip!

Hey Amy!! Thanks so much for the props and words of encouragement to my mom! I'm so happy to hear that you;re friend is enjoying a much healthier coffee-ish beverage now! It is so great to see our friends and family doing good things for themselves! I've heard it said (and I don't remember where or from who) "That the best thing you can do to take care of me is to take care of you." or something like that...and it's so true! It makes me happy to see loved ones gettin' in on the raw goodness! :0)

Hey has your mom the Raw Food trucker video? He's lost like 200 pounds and is totally into juicing. Very cool.

Loved this video! I made your dip yesterday and loved it! My 12 year old daughter had extra dip left over and instead of saving it for later she went and got more veggies to finish it off with. I looked over a little later and she was licking her plate clean..lol A hit in our house for sure.

Thanks Rory for the chocolate popsicle recipe as well. Another hit with my kids. :)

You go Rory mom! Have him make cucumber noodles in tamari and oil and "cheese sticks" -- cucumber sticks rolled in nutritional yeast. Those are delicious. Everything he makes is delicious. But I am crazy for those especially.

What I meant to say was the cuke recipes are my favorite EASY Rory dishes. When you are hungry and don't want to spend much time and energy putting something together. These are easy and filling and taste so good.
