100 Day Raw Food Challenge

OCTOBER 11- Lowanna, Andrew, & Bella

There is nothing I'd rather show you today than Lowanna, Andrew, and Bella at 10 months raw. I cried all the way through this video because I realized that so many people on this forum's entire lives have changed because of raw foods, and because when I need inspiration for myself, all I have to do is look as close as the video section of this website find stories like this one.

Lowanna, Andrew- you and so many other people in this community have kept us all going, and are truly inspirational. I cannot wait to have you officially back on the RawFu Team as a vlogger. In fact, I have announcements of many new vloggers and contributors who are going to be helping out for the rest of this challenge and making our Holiday Mini Challenge the best ever.

Lowanna, Andrew, and Bella- thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing your lives and your transformations with us. RawFu loves you, and YOU ROCK!

I would have given up by now without them to be honest....but a few sensible words and friendly messages have really helped as my situation was gone all pearshaped over the year !! LOL
