100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Seeing as we're beginning this challenge on a Tuesday, & Biggest Loser is on a Tuesday, who's on board with that being our official weigh-in day?
(For those on speaking terms with the scale!)

There are times I don't weigh myself, & yes, the raw Lifestyle is all about health, not just what the scale's sayin', but for me, getting the numbers on the scale movin' down is crucial to my health's RAWstoration!!! & I'd love to share that weekly accountability, the ups & downs, the highs & lows, with whoever's here to shed their fatsuit, too! (whatever size it is!)

So.....here we go!!!

Hi, Annichka, & welcome!
Congrats on your success so far, & welcome to Rawfu, & to RAW! I, too, am looking for physical healing with raw foods, & am inspired by your wonderful progress!

I may not be in my skinny shorts (don't even have any!) by summer, but I'll definately be able to handle the heat better...

...anyone else find the scale only moves with 100% raw? I'm experimenting right now with increasing exercise (gradually) to see what an impact that has...feeling better, sleeping better, but the scale's still not movin' very fast, like it has in the past...
...oh, well, slowly but surely, it's moving, at least...

I'm in for the Tuesday weigh-in.

Highest weight - 154 (15 years ago)

Current weight - 128

Goal weight - 112

Height - 5'2"

Looking forward to HIGH RAWFOODS for health, physical fitness, and weight loss! (At this point I won't say 100% raw food, cause that will only sabotage my perfectionist mindset.)

Well, finished my first week of weigh-in. Lost a half a pound. But, hey, that's better than the way it WAS going. I'm still eating some cooked food and haven't let go of the higher fat stuff like avocado, figs, dates, etc. That'll be my goal for this week. I'm taking it one step at a time to insure I get to where I want to go.

Hey! The weigh in idea sounds great. I'm doing Penni's experiment thingy and I weighed in this morning. :)

Current weight: 179.8

Hi everyone, I am new to this site and would love to join in on the fun! Last year I weighed 200 and went down to 170, now I'm backup to 180 and am trying to get down to 140. So, I have a long way ahead. I've been trying the raw lifestyle for a few months and was most successfull when I was 100% raw, so I'm going to do it for 100 days and see what happens. I didnt start the challenge when this one started, I started playing around with smoothies and raw food about 3 months ago and just decided 5 days ago to do my own challenge. I wish I would have started with everyone else :(

I guess I will just post my highest, current, and goal every Tuesday...is that right??
It sounds like everyone here is doing great...good work and keep going! Bunny is right when she says consistency is the key!

Hey Susan,
I'm new here too, a few weeks I've been on here I think, so we can start our own challenge together if you like, I'm also gutted I missed the 100day raw challenge. They have about 33 days to go, so we can do one month from Monday or whatever, then we'll finish around the same time as everyone else, then jump on into the next 100day raw challenge when this one ends... :)

I'm just under 76kgs (bout 170lbs? I think that is) and wanting to get down to...65/66 kgs (about 145lbs), so we can weigh in our heaviest, current and goal on tuesdays in here, and/or on each others page. Always good having an accountability buddy aye. :)
