100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Gee, this took me forever to post. (Like over 3 months) Got lost in the shuffle I guess. In 2005 my weight was 160lbs. 2006... 150lbs. 2007....125lbs. And 2008-2009, I maintain a healthy weight of 115-119lbs....depending on the time of the month.

I lost 10lbs from 2005-2006, mostly because I was still eating SAD diet with no beef or pork products. When I became veggie in 2007(following a nasty parasite), I saw the most dramatic weight weight reduction, but I was still working out like crazy and counting calories. I eliminated all milk and dairy in 2007 just before discovering the raw lifestyle. I began incorporating raw vegan cuisine into my diet in 2007.

Raw food is certainly the way to naturally control your weight and health. It's like your body seamlessly takes on it's natural shape...well, I like to consider myself living proof of that.

I'm so happy to be here to lend support for everyone, especially those in transition.

You look amazing Nichole - way to go! I found a huge difference in my body when I went off dairy and now with raw, I feel like a balloon that just got popped!

You look great. I weigh 160 right now. I weighed 115 years ago and I feel healthy at that weight. I just want to go raw 100% and exercise and go to the weight I was meant to. I am glad you posted a picture of your weight before...it helps me a bunch.
