Hey there!
I'm Jessica. I start grad. school in Aug. for my masters in occupational therapy. I'm just starting on out the raw food lifestyle but i've been vegetarian for a loooong time so it's not so bad :). Just wanted to say hello and do a little introduction! Hope you all are doing great!

Hi everyone,
I'm currently studying towards a BCA (Human Resources, Accounting, Commercial Law) and BSC (Psychology) here in New Zealand. I have been raw for about 3 months now, sometimes 100% sometimes more like 90% :-). I do like my sweet treats and indulgences so I'm not picture-perfect with my diet but hoping to improve :-).
I'm lucky with good fresh produce being available here all the time, but organic is definitely not in the budget. One reason why I can't wait to finish uni and start working full-time :-)...
Looking forward to being in this group

I don't know if this guy is on a budget, but he proves that you can do 80-10-10 while being a college student and living in a dorm. It's a pretty cool video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ro5aCQIxe0

I'm not a student RIGHT NOW. But I was in 2007-april 2008. I am currently working but am thankfully going back to school in September:). Maybe Mohawk or Humber. I am not too sure yet.

Hello there,

I'm currently in the midst of attempting to complete a degree in Professional Writing (although I'd like to be back in Visual Arts..). I'm actually a transfer student from the Visual Arts program at another school; currently my present school's on strike and has been for months now. Anyway, besides all that, health-wise I attend fitness instructional classes nearly every single day of the week (twice a day sometimes) and am seriously considering becoming an instructor for aerobics classes like step, ball, cardio tae boxing, cardio step'n' box, and tbc (total body conditioning). I love the raw food diet because it's so ideal as to how people should be eating; it's inspiring to see so many raw foodists and even the medical science often concurs with what so many people living on the raw food diet have stated.

I'm a real newbie, as I've only decided to go raw within the last week or so and I'm on about day 5 in transition from a vegetarian diet to a raw food diet (I still like my honey!).

I always forget to check on my "group" pages! I am a Social Work major and I'm graduating this May! I'm super excited to be done...but only for a short while because I'm going to grad school to get a Masters in Public Health. I want to help make nutritious foods available to children and others (poor, elderly, disabled) who may not have the resources or know how to eat their best.
I'm doing my practicum (internship) this semester at an Area Health Education Center (AHEC).

I'm not a college student.... yet.

It's cool to see so many different majors. I'm a musical theatre major at SD City College and I will be graduating in May and transferring to a Univ next Fall.. still not sure which one.. I think either Cal State Northridge or Marymount Manhattan.. There are a couple others too, but I'm an honor student, so basically looking for a scholarship. :)

Hi! I'm Shenti. I'm studying my last year of a BSc in the UK. Have been vegetarian for a few years now, I'm finding it really difficult though to go raw vegan in the UK, specially because fresh foods are so rare and expensive... Can't wait to read all of your experiences and see how you guys get along being raw on a tight budget! Seeya! *_*
