hi Lisa, really lovely photos on your blog! i like that you added "inexpensive" as this is also a factor since i am now a student once again. funny thing is that i left some nutritional yeast at home in my fridge in NYC.... but i might just grab some and sneak it on the plane the next time i am in NYC... not that I cant find it here in Nottingham, but it is SUPER expensive and not as easy to find as in the USA. thank you - will try some of your breakfast ideas.

andlew, i just startd a blog centered on easy and inexpensive raw menus ... i can't promise that i'll never use nutritional yeast, but they're very simple recipes ... you can find it at www.rawon10.blogspot.com

A colleague has offered this recipe to me. You can make hummus by using raw cauliflower, raw tahini, some lemon, and garlic. She says that it is wonderful. Have not tried it, but will give it a go this weekend.

Hello, in the past when I ate high raw, I just ate salads and fruits and nuts, but I notice that some recipes call for broccoli and squash raw, or even small amounts of rice, but having never eaten these foods raw, I am just wondering how the body might react to this? What can I expect in the beginning?

Hi Everybody!!! First day back in the classroom. Some of my colleagues are very interested in raw eating. Isn't that too cool. At one time, going vegetarian was the extreme. Now, people are talking about, and are curious enough to ask about raw eating. Back to afternoon of teacher's meetings. Good luck with the 100 challenge.
