I just started on March 4th... anyone still out there and how is your journey going..how long have you been juicing and how long do you want to go for.. I got back into some very old patterns..i jicied last year and felt great.. i need support from you all ..

count on support from me, lucy. today's day 53 for me. i commented a few days ago that i see positive changes every day now. i'll go the full 92 days. to that end, i joined the global juice feast which begins march 7. on day 92 i'll decide whether i'll go the full 92 with the global group. how can i help?

thank you sooo much Jalaska!!!!! 53 is wonderful!!!! I need to write/check in with someone alot...it helped me sooo much last year..today is day 2 for me..i did 100 days jucies feast last year..just being here and keeping intouch will help me out soo much.. sooo thank you..i guest i need a juicing buddy!!!!! have a great day..

I'm doing a juice feast right now too. I started late on March 12 but had a dinner to go on the 13 where I had a salad, so as far as doing 100% juice feast I am on day 6. I am feeling really strong and doing great. The hunger has not been bad and not big detox symptoms as of yet. You if you are looking for a juice partner I would be glad to be that and check in with you daily about how you are feeling and what you are drinking! I could use someone to check in daily with too if you are interested. I'll copy this and post it on your page too just in case you don't check in here! This is my first juice feast. I tried last year but failed at it. This time around it all feels right for me. I am not sure how long I am going to do it. For right now I am taking it day by day and seeing where this journey leads me. At first I was having a hard time getting in my full amount of juice. The past two days I had had the 128 oz. I am also doing the bee pollen that I am not at all fond of and the TB of coconut butter that I adore! I do mix it with a little honey and sea salt for my daily treat. I juice mostly green, not too much fruit. My favorite drink right now is celery, cucumber, lime, garlic and dill. I think the dills adds so much to it. I also try to juice 1/2 kilo of spinach daily. I use both my juicer and the blender with the nut mylk bag. I'm pretty new to the juice world so I don't know if I will be much help to you but I can keep in touch daily and cheer you on!

i''m still in, and it's day 69. i'm really enjoying this jfeast. it truly suits the lifstyle i began some 18 months ago. i have plenty of energy. feeling very light. my skin is responding as expected. a few rough patches that clear up in one place and appear in another. overall, my skin is brighter and getting quite smooth in the trouble areas. this whole thing is powerful and empowering for spirit, soul and body. i love the freedom from a reliance on solid food. but the restoration of my body to its original state is amazing.
i juice each morning and drink throughout the day. i load up with the veggies, very little fruit, to create the base juice. then i add a few target supplements to each quart. Here's my current recipe:

(makes 5.5 quarts)
2 bunches spinach epinards
4 heads celery
3 cucumbers
sprigs of parsley
3 pears
1 bunch radishes
2 tablespoons ginger tonic
1 yam
2 lemons

adds:
quart 1+ heaping tablespoon wheatgrass, pinch cayenne
quart 2+ teaspoon msm, heaping tablespoon spirulina
quart 3+ 1.5 tablespoons hemp oil
quart 4+ teaspoon msm, heaping tablespoon spirulina
quart 5+ heaping tablespoon wheatgrass, pinch cayenne
one-half quart just the juice

1 quart h20 w/msm and squeeze of lemon
