=^..^= Ooooo this is a tempting thread.
Can anyone play (do this feast) or only those on the weight loss road?
I've been thinking lately about using a juice feast to bump my bodies alkalinity. With the weather changing to cold-season here, I am thinking of preventative medicine :)
Wondering if perhaps someone can answer this question for me:
Thirty days is a long time ... hadn't thought to give myself any parameters. Is there a minimum timeframe for results (speaking of flushing toxins like caffeine or sugars for example) for being on a juice feast? I know that any juice is better than none, and a day of juicing is still better ... but what if you are looking to boost your immune system? Is a week enough? Two? Less? More?
Great point with regards to Green Tea Debi.....I have plenty of herbals here also......thank you for the support...I was wondering what kind of detox symptoms you have felt.....last time I was ''fully'' raw...I was also a full blown smoker and milky starbucks coffee drinker.....this time however....Its all about the juice....have not smoked for almost 4 months now :) Coffee has gone also from today! so I know I never fully detoxed.....also I never stuck at it for long!
zUzU...Hi :) I chose 30 days as a means to discipline myself really, also for weight loss BUT 30 days is a big commitment for me as I am such a quitter........I was thinking ''' hey..if I can quit smoking ( which I loved, even though its awful ) successfully then I can pretty much do anything''............hence the ultimate test of 30 days..........:) In answer to your question on time frames....I also read that you can also finish a juice fast 2 days after the end of detox symptoms.....this is a successful de-tox.
Just enjoyed breakfast of a whole pineapple......juiced :)
