Hello !
Im high raw and have started to run 5km a day on the treadmill, well its more of a jog really :) Im looking to drop around 28lbs combining jogging daily and a high raw diet, My problemo is that Im aching a lot and I am looking for the right foods to help with this, I used to drink wheatgrass daily but Im living In Dubai and sometimes wheatgrass is un-available for long periods, I try to eat greens but I seem to go for fruits more.......
What do you guys think? Also should I be eating lots of raw as Im training, and this is very hard training for me, trust me lol !
