We've just had the Flora London Marathon this past sunday. It's always quite an occasion. I have run it twice in the past and I've also helped on the feeding stations many times. The two times I have run it I have run cooked. I have a place for next year and I intend to run it 100% raw and also have trained 100% raw.
My training starts here. I haven't actually done and serious running since the marathon last year. I have had a kind of hiatus. However, I can feel my feet a-twitching and ready to get back into my running shoes.
The big thing for me at the moment is to get my energy levels up which are not too good. I have been raw off and on for the last 2 1/2 years and have had periods of that time 100% raw but most of it has been a mix of about 75%+ raw I guess. I am 9 days into 100& raw though and doing well.
Would love to hear what you guys are doing here, what sports, what percentage raw, how that's working for you etc etc.......
