100 Day Raw Food Challenge

What's the best weekly routine? Do you mix cardio with stretching? Are there any resistance (weight) trainers here?

I sort of change routines after a few months.. i weight trained all winter and now I am focusing on cardio with a little weight lifting mixed in. Also trying to run more often outside and hike. Yoga is my elbow in the side saying 'do more yoga, do more yoga'. I know I need more yoga so I am workin on that.. I like high energy workouts.

I have had way more flexibility this past month.... no yoga for maybe three whole weeks, and now I'm doing stretches that I couldn't quite reach when I was practicing every day.

Of course, I don't do anything else, like running or any kind of cardio. I'm looking into a stationary bike so I can watch the kiddos...

Hi! I am training for a half-marathon right now....so, this means 4 runs a week for me. On days I don't run I lift weights ( Chalene Xtream program. Also, I do Bikram yoga 3 evenings a week. I have lifted weights for some time now and can't think of my fitness without it! I used to lift heavier and do more rigorous workouts ( Cathe Freidrich home workouts), but lately with the running I am using weights for cross/core training.

I get what your saying Rebecca! I can be a bit of an endorphin junkie and it hasn't been since the past couple of years that I have shortened my running ( no marathons just halfs....training more manageable) added yoga and feel so much better!
