I'm gonna join in on your lil thing, I needa lose between 12-15kgs, so starting tomorrow, im back to the gym - havn't been able to go for TWO MONTHS, because i havn't had a car since i was in a car accident, but have one now (As of last week) so back to the gym, and green smoothies. (always struggle most with raw, when its THAT time of the month, all i want is bread and chocolate, urggggggg)
How are the rest of you going? AWESOME work Michelle with quitting smoking, flippen fantastic! :)
