100 Day Raw Food Challenge

Like in the title of the post :) I need to lose 15 kilos which is about 33 pounds
Im starting today. I am not able to weigh every week but ill be watching my pogress by measuring my body every week :)

today:
height: 171 cm
waist: 80 cm
taigh: 57 cm
weigh: about 70kilos

Good luck on your journey, I want to lose the same amount, I started 5 days ago, I feel great, so much cleaner and although I havent weighed yet Im sure I have dropped a few pounds ! I cannot get over how easy this is, I wish I had started sooner!!! Good luck to you !

I also have about the same amount of weight to lose and I'm starting tomorrow. Just viewed Rawdog Rawks detox green smoothie You Tube video (attached to the 100 day challenge Day 2 thread, I think...) and I'm planning on going to the store tomorrow and getting some of the items I'm missing (greens, parsley, ginger) so I can incorporate that. I've been off and on raw for the past 10 days or so, unfortunately, mostly off :(. I've probably done about 3 days total of full raw days - the rest I broke mid-day and had cooked food. But I set up a blog especially for my raw journey and I plan on using it.

I a raw for a like 6 month but not losing weight any more.
cos i eat toooo many nuts i think .
hope you have same tips :-)

I eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables. Ive got only jucer so the rest is juce. i cant get raw chocolatte so i opt for dark one i know its now raw but still i think its better to eat this than dont eat it at all.;p i just love chocolatte and it keeps me positive ;p

hmmm nobody answers? :(
anyway I am doing pretty well. i am not 100% raw but still most of my intake is raw. like 70%-80%
dont know whether i lost anything but i feel good and thats what i need now :)

OH GOD ! Sorry :) I have to be honest, I havent been checking my emails of late ! How are ya? Im doing great. also I have quit smoking, once I quit I have really noticed the 'cleanse' ! Ive dropped on 4 kilos since we last spoke, but I have shaped up a bit, more definition to the body, and Im looking younger and fresher...I think the quitting smoking has helped no end. Now I really feel like the journey begins.....

So tell me.....how is it for you? Also have to mention that you are a lookalike of my Danish friend !

I'm gonna join in on your lil thing, I needa lose between 12-15kgs, so starting tomorrow, im back to the gym - havn't been able to go for TWO MONTHS, because i havn't had a car since i was in a car accident, but have one now (As of last week) so back to the gym, and green smoothies. (always struggle most with raw, when its THAT time of the month, all i want is bread and chocolate, urggggggg)

How are the rest of you going? AWESOME work Michelle with quitting smoking, flippen fantastic! :)

God hope ya better now after the car crash ! How horrible for you!!! I have just got over my time of the month and boy it was tough !!! No smoking ( Aghhhhhhh) and no junk food.....but hey I did it! LOL! Ive just gone back to the gym, 1 week now, I went with my boyf who is a fitness fanatic, he had me doing squats, lunges etc, I did so many that for the last week I have felt the burn, and made the ''''''Owww'''' noises upon sitting and rising lol. Definatly feel much better though, also Luckily I live in an appt block which has lesuire facilities, so really there is no excuse for me not to hit the gym!!

Woop woop still not smoking.....10 days today...Im so counting the days, every day is a victory for me !!!

Good luck with the gym...go easy on the squats lol !
