100 Day Raw Food Challenge

So I've noticed that the past couple days I've been hungrier throughout the day. I was wondering for those of you who lost a lot of weight when you first started what did you typically eat? I'm just looking for ideas I guess and I know that hunger varies person to person but I'd just like to see what others did. I guess I'm afraid I'm going to eat too much so I'm sticking to a green smoothie in the morning (today for instance was spinach, 1/2 orange, 1/2 banana, 4 strawberries and a few blueberries) and then lunch is usually a salad with sunflower "cheese" or leftovers (like raw spaghetti today with beets, zucchini, tomatoes, pine nuts, cilantro, basil, garlic, sun dried tomatoes) with an orange an hour or so later and then dinner I'll make like an alfredo or eat whatevers left over. Then I'll usually eat a 1/2 banana and 1/2 white peach with drizzled raw honey and cinnamon.Tonight I'll probably just eat the leftover sunflower cheese with veggies. I'm worried I'll get stuck into a rut so any help you can offer I'd really appreciate. I just got a dehydrator and was also wondering if dehydrating food slowed down your weight loss? I'm really just looking to make veggie chips (like the kale chips) and fruit rolls instead of the recipes with a lot of dates and nuts but I'm just a little cautious before doing it. What do you all think and what did you eat when you were starting out?

I'm thinking of adding a Larabar during the day, but it's nuts and date based so I'm worried it'll stall my weightloss. What have you experienced? I know this is all over the place, sorry about that, I'm just kind of confused and worried I"m eating too much or too little hah. Thank you for any advice/help you can offer me!

I've started a blog at eatniceat.blogspot.com. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but need to stay around 1100 calories a day to lose. Idk if you'll find it helpful but I thought it would be an interestinf experiment.

namasteinautumn,
When I first went raw I was so used to eating SAD that I needed more fruits, nuts and veggies than I thought I could ever eat. And yet the pounds came off 2 a week. From what you list on what you eat for a day it totaly looks like not nearly enough.
You need to eat till your almost full. Then eat those foods you listed as snacks as well. There's no point in doing this if your going to be hungry. I t will just lead you to start eating some foods that you'd rather avoid.Just eat alittle more.
If you are using your dehydrator now, then just make sure you drink alot of water to keep hydrated as sometimes those types of food can pull the need H2O to digest from other important functions.
Don't get into a rut. Bunny has a great collection of recipes here on the site that we have added to and they are things that work for us. Go take a peeak.

I've actually eaten at 2 raw food restaurants this week and ate well and I lost 10 lbs this week, i ws quite surprised. now that i know im losing weight I'll increase my food. Yes, ive checked out those recipes and also ordered a couple cookbooks and signed up on numerous raw rwebsites that send you ideas :). thanks for your words, I appreciate it :).
