So ... what would it take to get it going? Get folks to sign up (and commit) to being a secret pal for 1 month or for a longer period, and then have the administrator draw names out of a hat to match folks up? The admin could then share contact info with each person. My experience with virtual secret pal exchanges has been that people don't have time to send things through the mail. Maybe this would work better if everyone got an "anonymous" free email account to use to encourage their secret pal? Any thoughts on this?
