Hey I've seen DW's videos on Youtube - he's a pretty interesting guy. But what is his basic diet philosophy? I have heard 80/10/10 and Natural Hygeine types complain that most raw fooders eat way too much fat and sometimes they kind of make veiled references to DW. I know he's into Superfoods and cacao and stuff and he goes off on a lot of spiritual tangents but it's hard to figure out what his basic diet philosophy is...

Oh, T I'm so glad you're still here! I have missed you. I have am re-skimming the first 5 chapters and have totally enjoyed chapter 6. Then chapter 7 moves us right into the Sunfood Diet. So after chapter 6, we are done with the "prepatory phase". See you online!

i m here -- haven't reopened the book lately but have been reading over my list regularly of things i want accomplished within 1 year and i am finding this abraham-hicks person fascinating -- thanks for posting them Tiffany -- i almost feel like i need to re-skim the first 6 chapters again after a 2 month hiatus to refresh my memory -- i don't seem to accomplish much between sat and sun since i work 2 10s in a row -- so i have been taking sat as my down time and not beating myself up for not accomplishing much

Hi Melissa! So glad you joined our group! You will find that several of us are taking a lot of time with the first 6 chapters...there is a lot of self-discovery and introspection in the first part of the book. Let us know how your Sunfood journey unfolds!
