ALoha...if you want me to facilitate you on ANY stressful thought...please open a discussion with the stressful thought as the topic. You can also fill out a worksheet to help you get your ideas on paper. Everyone can follow along and go inside for the answers at the same time...and chime in what they are realizing..
Please dont give advice to the one being facilitated...we can do that in the forum or other groups..giving advice throws people out of their process usually...

I am happy that we now have a group to work from. This is all new to me, but I have been watching Katie on videos. I am grateful to you who are doing The Work for bringing it here to Rawfu.
