Do you ever feel lonely as you pursue the higher truths of this diet-lifesty…
Bunny, I recognize this. I was doing personal work, Diligently, for a year and a half and thought that would be it. Imagine my surprise! Later I came across a therapist who said 5 years was only the beginning. So, yes, it's a life long journey, and…
1 dl cashew nuts
4 dates, pitted and soaked in water
1 1/2 dl thawed raspberries
1 squeezed lime
2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil
Mix everything creamy except the oil. Add the oil and make sure it's well mixed in. Line a (small) baking form or small bowl with plastic film and… Continue

God, you're officially off the hook. I have now broken through my 5 year weight wall. What I would really Love though is to see some results on my psoriasis, so I guess I still need you, God. :)
Oh that's great that you looked at his site....you can watch tons of his videos on google video.....just a heads up for cleansing.....it needs to be done in a certain order to achieve optimal results...1)Intestinal 1 and then add 2; 2) Liver/Gall Bladder; 3)Kidney/Bladder.........so since you are going to have an 8 day colon cleanse retreat you are on the right track! The theory of Dr. Schulze is that if the colon is not moving and ridding the body of waste effectively first, any other body part cleanse is only going to cause auto-toxicity.....so this is very important! Keep the kidney cleanse for the time you are ready for that body part cleanse......You can watch him talk all about it on google video....try the Natural Healing Crusade series first.....Keep me posted!!!!! Oh yes, I wanted to tell you that I often find great relief from soaking in an epsom salt bath or apple cider vinegar bath...sometimes I will add big pieces of seaweed to the soak water and rub all over affected areas. Dry skin brushing has given me incredible results as well! I do this regularly.
Hi Adina. I noticed a comment you left on Bitt's page and if you don't mind thought I'd put in my 2 cents worth on the psoriasis issue. I have dealt with eczema for so many years that it has probably been a life long struggle. From what I have read the 2 are very similar. Raw has helped me more than anything. It did take awhile and I had to do lots of extra internal cleansing....intestinal, liver and kidney. I discovered late this winter that the liver cleanse was really very beneficial. Then I was watching a Dr. Schulze video and he talked about how the kidney cleanse really takes your skin clearing to a much higher level. Here is what I have discovered on my journey: Enemies= wheat/gluten, cooked starch and probably dairy. Allies= greens, green juices (lots and lots) and raw food! I highly recommend doing a series of internal cleanses. I do the American Botanical Pharmacy Intestinal cleanse #1 and #2; then move on to their Liver/GallBladder cleanse and finally the Kidney/Bladder cleanse. I have studied and tried many different products and believe Dr. Schulze's company (ABP) to be superior. I actually watched one of his video series several years ago and he taught you how to make his formulas! So I do! I found great success with these cleanses, raw food and yoga/walking/gardening for exercise. I hope this helps you and I will be glad to talk to you more about any of it if you have questions. This happens to be one thing I have researched the heck out of.....oh yeah....I learned thru my research that part of my eczema problems arise out of displaced hormone levels...i.e. my liver has trouble processing hormone waste products....however raw food makes everything else very simple and uncomplicated. When you feed your body raw food it can figure out its own balance and heal from the nutrients! Have a great day....your pix are beautiful.
