My cats love wheatgrass trays, they chew a little off the side when it is too cold outside for them to roam around on the real stuff. Just watch out for them getting to comfortable and wanting to take a nap right in the middle of your freshly spro...
I was blessed with quite an abundance from my gardens this year, not of course without a great deal of work as well. Tons of mostly: Kale, lettuce, tomatoes (52 heirloom plants) basil, cucumbers & lots of zucchini.

It's a bit long to explain, but Jim is going to be there for the RSF East event and my daughter and I will be at the RSF AZ one (will you be attending the one in Arizona??).
