Hi! I have been high raw since May 1, 2008. Prior to changing to the raw lifestyle, I have eaten mostly whole/natural foods for the past 30 years. I practiced vegetarianism for many of those 30 years. (Eating Natural Foods does not necessarily equate to good health!! Especially if those foods are eaten in "out of whack" ratios! I have not been well for the past 15 years.)I was never vegan until, I went raw. I love talking about natural health practices, childbirth, breast feeding, colon health, etc. My physical activity has been sporadic at best through the years. Now, I walk everyday for an hour during peak sunshine for exercise. Rebounding is my new thing. I hit the big 50 this year and hope to become more and more active in a variety of sports. Windsurfing is my next goal! Since going raw, I have experienced improvement in energy, decreased episodes of hypoglycemia and A HUGE decrease in anxiety.
