I think this is going to be a love triangle, because I'm in love with it too damnit!
Painting my sons room (still!), having a piano moved to our home (someone donated one to us), taking a long hot bath and shaving the forest that has become my legs, getting frisky with my lover, and enjoying the beautiful weather here in NM. Ahhh!
Finding the ultimate 100% plan is like chasing the white rabbit down the rabbit hole. You never know where you'll end up. It maybe the quest to find more things appealing that causes people to turn to more manufactured raw foods, but getting back ...

- Hi Angela, thanks for watching my video. You are right I was pretty excited to meet David Wolfe. There isn't much of a raw food community waaaaaaay up here. And David is so charismatic, he just looks so alive and vibrant. It's very inspiring.

- I love you mom! I was upset today cause I missed you guys so much. I think this has been the longest ever I haven't seen you. Give simi all my love, Knee problems run in our family, Gina had terrible problems with hers, I've been dealing with something similar, I've fallen a couple times too, because my knees just give out.

- Why Do You Want to Join Raw Fu?
- I'm jumping back into the raw lifestyle after a five long year absence. I am almost done creating my raw kitchen which is separate from our regular kitchen and the count down has begun till I transition back to raw.
I look forward to getting to know all of you.
My Raw Kitchen
I just posted some pictures of my raw kitchen (not complete yet) and it's coming together. As I gather my materials it has been a wonderful experience getting back into a raw frame of mind. We needed to create a separate kitchen for me because my grand daughter has many food allergies, including nuts. We do not bring food into the house that contains nuts and that presented us with a particular challenge. How does one maintain a balanced raw diet with a food allergic child in the house. Transforming our sunroom into a raw kitchen was the viable answer we chose. I particularly love this room because the sliding glass door can be closed during anytime I would be handling nuts and seeds as well as providing a sound barrier when the blender, juicer or dehydrator may be on. She's a light sleeper.
In the next two weeks I will be back to a 100% raw diet for the first time in five years. It has been a long and weary road...I have missed raw foods so much! I can get into why I chose to stop being raw at a later date. For now, I just wanted to say how refreshing it is to be delving my mind back into raw.

How awesome to be raw again
It feels really good to be raw again. I still have a few bad habits that I have not broken yet, but they don't revolve around food. They are personal choices that I not ended yet. They'll end in time, but for now, it's just good to feel good again.
