I've been a vegan/vegetarian for 5 years now, but I am not healthy anymore and have gained about 30 pounds. So I have enlisted the help of a raw food diet to help me go back to my healthy lifestyle and lose the 30 pounds I gained.

Thanks! And well... I'm the same. I NEED structure otherwise I break my fast for nonsense reasons, when I'm not even hungry. So my best advice to you would be plan your days ahead of time. If I have nothing to do I FIND something I can do before I'm able to get bored.
If I know I'm not doing a lot the next day I decide what to do the night before and stick to it. Even if that's just running errands, cleaning or reading a book. I always incorporate some exercise into my fasts as well and that helps a LOT. It makes me feel good and then I don't want to end the fast even more. =)
