Why Do You Want to Join Raw Fu?
I am ready to feel GREAT! I am ready to have TONS of energy and I love to RAWFU and the wonderful people I have met on here in the past year. You have made such a difference in my life and I feel like I am a "lifetime"member of RAWFU! I look forward to meet newbies too! Life is GOOD! Love to you all. RAWFU rocks!

Ok so I have had my ups and downs as we all do. I am on medication for depression and when going off of it my anxiety was SO bad I went right back on it!
I know what I personally need for myself so please no judgements.
Anyways...things are good. We are buying a home,finally. Its a very cute little place and its only 105,000. and in the city!
I have a big garden area also.

Those dang spring rolls

Oh today I failed a little,at just one meal but man those spring rolls. I have to start making raw ones. I hope you all are doing well. My little garden is starting to come along well. The are small but so so cute.

I am very excited to vacation in the RV this weekend! YIPPEEE.

************YEEEE HAAAA!!! Just figured out my starting date.....August 1st 2008! The day I started! GOAL loose 15 pounds by my YEAR RAW DATE!

WOW I started RAW and RAWFU Aug. 1at 2008. It feels GREAT! My goal is to be very focused and loose 15 pounds by my year date! LOVE TO YOU ALL. I am excited to have this goal. WOW I cant believe I have been doing this almost a YEAR. YES its been hard and a struggle BUT I have the love and passion for being RAW and that means the most to me. xxxoooo. Annrawks!

My garden is coming up!

Its the first garden I have ever had. The little sprouts are SO cute and I am SO excited. YEP they are tiny tiny tiny but I love them and I am so excited to have made and worked on my own food. There are peas,carrots,onions,and many more things that I am to tired to think of now. I will take pictures soon.

Hi Ann sounds like your sister in law will be joining the ranksof the disease and so called age related conditions down the track. you can 100% build a super body with a raw vegan diet just focus and go for it. get stuck into the green smoothies as they have good protein in them. here is a link for the best protein foods to have. http://www.thebestofrawfood.com/vegan-protein.html

Hi Ann yeah keep up the Raw foods atleast 80% + for now and no animal products and thats a good start. As for the protein well i guess if your just starting out you wont need alot as to a hgh protein diet is not very friendly on your kidneys. If your lifting heavy weights intense training and inturn creating more muscle tears then you will need to have a good amount of protein in your diet. I use Raw vegie protein and spirulina as my main source of protein followed by bee pollen as it is high in all the amino acids spirulina is the most digestible protein on the planet. So what type of training are you getting into?
