Excellent. I will check the website out. I really appreciate it. Yes, the redness in the face definitely affects how I feel about myself and I how I interact with people and I want it to be a thing of the past. Thank you.
I think that for the most part I am the typical person considering a RAW lifestyle. I am sick & tired of being sick and tired. I am overweight, thankfully in good health, but I know that I could be in better health. If we have the opportunity to make changes in our eating patterns and lifestyle that will enhance the quality of our life, what are we waiting for?
Life is what we make it, let's make it good.

I am doing alright, Ive got a good love/hate relationship going on with my work right now. I havent been as raw as I would like. Live and learn, right?
I'm still unpacking! It's been too nice outside to sit inside unpacking. I'll have all winter for that. I have the kitchen set up. As long as I know where my knives and plates are it's all good!
Hello! How are you doing? I have been around just hard for me to get online, today is my daughters 2nd birthday, so I am nervous about the party, cause I will be tempted!
have you looked into what you can do with raw foods to help out with the thyroid ? I know of maca and kelp , but there's more you can do- I think a discussion was started on this site recently. Anyhow, best of luck to you- thyroid challenges can be very difficult....so glad you're raw!
