Actually Ash, I have heard that red wine is organic, as well as raw ( I believe I read this in D.Wolfe's Diet System book); that might be a way to go for you. Apparently white wine is non-raw. Research before you take my word 100% :) Cheers

I dont drink much alcohol ever. If I do, it is an organic, no sulphite (only natch occurring) kind. Once in a huge while a beer. My body doesnt like alcyhawl!

Thats not that much carrot juice unless they were MEGA HUGE carrots..do you have any pain on your right side ?? or anything else unusual, like yellowing whites of the eyes..if you do its not the carrots but liver trouble....hope its just the carrots…
